Doula Support
In our sessions together, I support you through the tender and powerful journey of conception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I help you stay connected to your body, your intuition, and your inner knowing — so you can move through each phase with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether you're preparing to welcome new life, healing after birth, or learning to navigate life as a family, I offer presence, tools, and companionship to help you feel supported and grounded every step of the way.
-
This offering is for you if you're trying to conceive, pregnant, preparing for birth, or in the early postpartum period — and looking for grounded, holistic support. You might be longing for continuity, deeper connection to your body, or a more meaningful experience of this transition. All identities, family constellations, and birth paths are welcome.
-
We begin with a conversation to understand where you are and what kind of support you need. Sessions may include emotional guidance, body-based practices, birth ed., continuous 1:1 birth support, partner support, or postpartum care — offered in person or online. Each experience is personalized and unfolds at your pace.
-
You can expect a safe, supportive space where your voice is heard and your needs are honored. Whether you're seeking practical tools, emotional holding, or intuitive care, my role is to walk beside you — gently, respectfully, and without judgment. This work is not about fixing, but about remembering your strength and softening into trust.
Womb Care
Womb care offers a gentle, holistic way to reconnect with your body’s cycles and emotional landscape. These sessions support balance and healing in times of hormonal shifts, grief, trauma, or transition. I work with touch, herbs, energy, and somatic practices to help restore flow and deepen your relationship with your womb space.
-
This offering is for anyone with a womb — whether you're menstruating, trying to conceive, in postpartum, peri/menopause, or holding emotional experiences in this part of your body. It may be for you if you feel disconnected from your cycle, experience unregulated or painful periods, carry womb trauma, or simply want to nurture this center with more care and attention.
-
Sessions are tailored to your current phase and needs. We may work with guided touch, cycle syncing, warm herbal compresses, oils, herbal infusions, and gentle somatic awareness. Always in deep respect for your body’s boundaries and wisdom.
-
You can expect a calm, nurturing space where your body sets the pace. This is not a clinical experience — it's an invitation to soften, release, and listen with gentle and personalized herbal care. Many clients leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to their inner rhythm.
Ceremonial Offerings
Honoring the thresholds of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum through ritual brings grounding, clarity, and connection. Whether you're preparing to welcome new life, recovering after birth, or navigating change, ceremonies like Mama Blessings, Closing of the Bones, and Sobadas create space to release the old and invite in the new. Together, we co-create sacred moments that support your transition with care, presence, and deep intention.
-
This is for you if you're moving through a life transition — such as pregnancy, postpartum, loss, or personal transformation — and feel the need for sacred space to pause, reflect, and be witnessed. Whether you're looking to feel more connected, let something go, or mark a new beginning, ceremony can help anchor you in the moment with meaning and care.
-
We begin with a conversation to explore what you’re navigating and what you hope to honor. Depending on your needs, the ceremony may include elements like intention-setting, ritual bathing, gentle touch, herbal care, sound, community care or storytelling. Ceremonies can be held in your home or another meaningful space, and are always guided by your comfort, wishes, and consent.
-
You can expect a slow, intentional experience that centers your body, your story, and your emotional landscape. Whether it's a Pregnancy Blessing or Nesting Party to prepare for birth, a Closing of the Bones to support postpartum recovery, or a Sobada to reconnect with your womb, each ritual offers you space to be held, witnessed, and gently transformed.

A doula (ancient Greek: servant; the one who mothers the mother) is a trained professional and companion providing continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to families before, during, and after childbirth. While a midwife handles the medical aspects of birth, a doula complements this care by providing continuous non-medical support, comfort measures, and advocacy to ensure a positive and empowering birth experience.
-
Births have historically and traditionally always been accompanied by experienced women to support and hold the new mother and family-to-be through their birth journey and beyond. Continuous care during birth has numerous benefits, as supported by the latest scientific evidence. According to a 2020 study, continuous support during labor is associated with a 39% decrease in the likelihood of cesarean delivery, a shortening of the length of labor by 25%, a 15% increase in the likelihood of spontaneous vaginal birth, and a 10% decrease in the use of any medications. The presence of a doula helps reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a smoother and more empowering birth process.
-
Doulas provide significant benefits for partners, helping them feel more confident and involved in the birth process. By offering guidance and reassurance, doulas enable partners to participate in meaningful ways, strengthening the emotional support for the birthing person. This support helps to feel more relaxed, effective, and staying present, enhancing the overall birth experience for everyone involved.
-
A doula can still support you as you navigate life as a hormonal, cyclical being. Understanding your body and how to live in harmony with your hormones is valuable for everyone, regardless of gender identity or reproductive choices. This knowledge is also beneficial if you plan on conceiving in the future, helping you consciously prepare your body for pregnancy.
-
Yes, I offer virtual care to everybody who prefers or requires remote support. Through online consultations via Zoom, I can provide prenatal education, birth preparation, and postpartum guidance, ensuring you receive continuous and personalized care regardless of your location.
